Product Description
A high-quality infrared panel from Ecosun for a competitive price. Due to the special Thermo crystal coating, the E/K(+) series from Ecosun has a light structure, which increases the radiation surface and raises the efficiency to the maximum level.
This ceramic coating also ensures that no dirt adheres to the panel and that the panel is easy to clean with water and a soft brush.
The panel is constructed from a galvanized metal housing with a high-quality insulation plate on the back inside. The heating membrane consists of a carbon element of the latest generation. This LT infrared panel is not subject to wear and does not lose capacity over the years!
The infrared panel is equipped with a connection cable without a plug and can be connected directly to a thermostat. It is also possible to mount a plug on the connection cable yourself and plug the panel directly into a suitable socket. The advantage of using a thermostat is that it measures the temperature in the room and will automatically switch the infrared panel on/off until the desired room temperature is reached.
Please note! This is a very small infrared panel and only suitable for heating spaces such as a meter cupboard, under a desk or a small animal enclosure!
Assembly The standard supplied flat mounting brackets allow you to mount the infrared panel both horizontally and vertically on the wall or ceiling.
Required power When using infrared panels as the main heating system, you calculate at least (here we assume normally insulated homes): 30-40 Watt per m³ for living areas 25-35 Watt per m³ for bedrooms 60-70 Watt per m³ for bathrooms

Functionality
The S+ panels can be used as main and additional heating. A common application is the use of S+ panels to add heat to a specific space in a larger room. This means that the entire room does not have to be heated, resulting in lower costs compared to gas heaters, for example.

In an already heated room: 60 to 80 watts per m² (Minimum power 1800 watts)
In an unheated room: 100 to 150 watts per m² (Minimum power 3000 watts)
Main heating:
Allow for 8 to 40 watts per m³, depending on the condition of the insulation and the size of the room.
